Shipping & Returns
All items purchased are guaranteed against defects. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Krav Wear Ltd. shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.
NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Should you find that the products you order are of the incorrect size, Krav Wear Ltd. at is sole discretion may chose to replace these goods.
You may inform us by email at email@example.com or by post. You may request a different size no later than 28 working days after the day after you receive the product. Where you have already received the goods, you must return them to Krav Wear Ltd. in their original packaging, together with the completed returns slip that is on the reverse of the receipt, you received with your order. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Krav Wear Ltd.
Krav Wear Ltd. reserves the right to make a 25% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in resalable condition. We may refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected. Re-delivery of the replacement sizes will be made within 48 hours of receiving the return. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
